$200 per clinical hour (52-minute session). In certain circumstances, you may qualify for a lower fee.
$200 per hour for Psychological, Neuropsychological, and Psychoeducational Assessments.
$250 per hour for forensic services.
Payment is due at the time of service and can be paid via cash, check, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa.
I also accept payment via Zelle, Venmo, and other contactless methods at the beginning of every session.
I can provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.
After our initial meeting, we will schedule a standing appointment time that you can count on each week. This time is reserved for you. I do not double-book, and if you do not show, I am not able to bill for that time. I will make every effort to reschedule you when sufficient notice is given; however, cancellation of less than 48 hours’ notice for clinical services will result in a $100 no-show fee for the missed session. The forensic services’ no-show fee is different and is in the signed contract.
I am contracted with the health insurance companies listed above. Please note that some of the services I provide may not be covered by your insurance company.
